Client Service Agreement & Non-Refundable Fee Policy

  1. Introduction
    This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Guide Education & Migration provides education and migration advisory services. By signing this document, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated below.

  2. Scope of Services
    Guide Education & Migration may provide the following professional services:

• Education counselling and course selection guidance
• Assistance with university or college admission applications
• Student visa application guidance and documentation support
• Communication with education providers regarding applications
• General visa and migration process guidance

Guide Education & Migration will provide professional support throughout the process; however, the final decision regarding admission and visa approval rests solely with the relevant education institution and the Immigration Department.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcome
    Guide Education & Migration does not guarantee admission to any educational institution or approval of any visa application. All applications are assessed independently by the relevant authorities according to their own policies and requirements.

  2. Service Fees and Payment Terms
    All professional service fees charged by Guide Education & Migration must be paid as agreed prior to or during the service process. These fees cover consultation, document assessment, administrative work, and application support.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all service fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

  1. Non-Refundable Service Fee Policy
    Service fees paid to Guide Education & Migration are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

• If the client begins the application process and later decides to withdraw.
• If the client chooses not to continue with our services after engagement.
• If the visa application is refused by the Immigration Department.
• If the application is unsuccessful due to client-related factors including but not limited to:

– Failure to meet required health or medical requirements
– Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate
– Insufficient financial evidence for the visa application
– Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents
– Providing incorrect or incomplete information
– Previous visa refusals, cancellations, or immigration law violations
– Delays in submitting requested documents, including additional documents requested by authorities

  1. Tuition Fee Refunds from Education Providers
    Tuition fees paid directly to universities or colleges are subject to the refund policies of the respective institutions. If a student visa is refused, many institutions may refund the tuition fee after receiving proof of visa refusal. Refund processing may take approximately four (4) weeks, and institutions may deduct a small administrative fee (commonly around AUD $500 or up to 5% of the tuition fee).

Guide Education & Migration is not responsible for refund decisions made by education providers.

  1. Client Responsibilities
    The client agrees to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• Submit genuine and valid documents only.
• Provide requested documents within the required timeframes.
• Inform the consultant of any previous visa refusals or immigration matters.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may negatively affect the application outcome.

  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
    Guide Education & Migration collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing education and migration services. The client authorizes Guide Education & Migration to share relevant information with educational institutions, government departments, and other relevant authorities for application processing.

All personal information will be handled confidentially.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Guide Education & Migration is not responsible for decisions made by educational institutions, visa officers, or government authorities, including visa refusals, processing delays, or changes to immigration policies.

  2. Client Declaration
    By signing this agreement, the client confirms that:

• They have read and understood this agreement.
• All information and documents provided are true and genuine.
• They agree to the service terms and the non-refundable fee policy.

Privacy Policy

At Guide Education & Migration, we understand the importance of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Any personal information you share with us is treated with strict confidence and safeguarded accordingly.

All details provided by applicants are securely stored and used solely for the purpose of processing your application.
